Okay, so I saw this article about how some people lost weight through blogging. They had used it has a tool or aid in the whole weight loss process and I decided to give it a try. I think this will help greatly because writing down what I am eating and having to post about my successes and failures will really help keep me in check.
I think my biggest problem with food is that it is the one thing that is enjoyable in my life. I have a lot of stressors in my life right now and it's so easy to find myself watching a movie while the kids nap and pig out on all the yummy food I can find in the kitchen. And while on break from school I enjoy being super lazy as far as exercising because all my energy is expended on the boys.
So, here I am, trying to get back in shape and letting anyone who wants, view my progress, the good and the bad. I guess I am really letting it "all hang out".
